At Weather Gear, we want you to stay protected and comfortable in every climate, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel. If your gear doesn't fit your adventure perfectly, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all weather-resistant tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
